- We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States (48 contiguous states).

3. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free for eligible orders shipped within the continental United States. There are no shipping fees charged by us for standard shipping.

- Transit time: 2 to 7 business days (Mon–Fri)
If an item requires additional handling time or ships by freight, the product page will include an estimated timeline and that timeline will control for that product. Handling time may vary based on supplier and manufacturer availability.
5. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party suppliers and manufacturers using trusted national carriers. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar services based on destination, package size, and shipping method.
Shipment Tracking
Most shipments include tracking. Tracking information is generated by the third-party supplier or manufacturer fulfilling your order and may take additional time to activate after your shipment confirmation email is sent. 7. Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please email us at support@luxurymancavestore.com or call 972-800-1052. We will coordinate with the applicable supplier or manufacturer and assist with carrier follow-up where possible.
Marked Delivered But Not Received
- Confirm your shipping address on the order confirmation.
- Check with neighbors, building management, or your delivery area.
- Contact us so we can assist with a carrier trace or next steps, including coordinating with our supplier or manufacturer.
Damaged Packages
- Photograph the packaging and the item(s).
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@luxurymancavestore.com.
We will review your request and coordinate with our supplier or manufacturer to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Missing Items
If something is missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and the item details. We will investigate with our supplier or manufacturer and, if confirmed, send the missing item or issue a refund as appropriate.
9. Returns and Refunds
